The BRE-24 provides the Graphic Arts and Photo-Engraving Industries with an etching system that yields consistent, extremely close tolerance deep etch and raised letters on a variety of panel sizes.  The method of etchant impact onto the workpiece is a significant improvement as compared to the conventional splash type employed by competitive machinery.

A unique full-cone upward impacting spray contacts the workpiece mounted on a rotating disc.  The spray manifold is operated in a fixed or optional oscillating mode.

The smallest workpiece size is 1" X 1", the largest is 24" X 24" effective work area.

The Polyvinyl Chloride and Titanium construction is fully compatible with the PERI process solutions, as well as Ferric Chloride, Cupric Chloride, Nitric Acid (to 70%), Chromic/Sulfuric Acid, Ammonium Persulfate, and other Ammoniacal etchants.
