ACCU-COLOR™ SERIES INKS - These inks exhibit excellent transfer properties, set extremely fast on most substrates, making it a fantastic "work and turn" ink.
HARD-DRI™ SERIES INKS - Basically a 100% Solids (0 VOC's), making this the most acceptable environmentally safe ink used in press rooms. These inks are finding great application wherever superior non-rub properties are required. They exhibit good press stability with extremely fast drying properties, excellent gloss and transfer characteristics. One of the most unusual properties of this ink is that it will print and adhere to almost any substrate, including most non-porous surfaces.
STAZ-OPEN™ SERIES INKS are a major advancement in ink technology for sheet-fed printers. Under normal press conditions, STAZ-OPENTM INKS remain open in the ink fountain for a minimum of 24 hours. Unlike previous inks of this type, STAZ-OPEN™ INKS set quickly on paper and dry to a hard glossy finish. In addition, the inks exhibit excellent transfer and sharp dot reproduction. STAZ-OPEN™ INKS can be left on the press overnight without washing up. The press can be restarted the following morning very quickly with minimal paper waste. No wash-ups are required for plate changes, press adjustments or shift changes.
RUB-RITE™ SERIES INKS are designed for small press applications, i.e.: Davidson, Jet Printer, AB Dick, Hammada, & A M Multi, Ryobi, Chief at UNBEATABLE PRICES for presses with their integrated dampening systems. PRISMA 21™ SERIES INKS are a newly developed quickset inks that can be used with the waterless plate technologies that exhibit the tack and viscolastic stability necessary to prevent toning in the non-image areas of the printing plate.
LASER PROOF™ SERIES INKS - These heat resistant inks are designed for paper used in high speed copy machines and laser printers. They are soya based and work well with all plates. They have low VOC's and are Wax Free.
ALCO-FAST™ SERIES INKS are modified soya based gloss inks which are designed to resist the effects of alcohol causing bleeding and fading on substrates such as liquor, perfume, and chemistry labels and packaging. They exhibit excellent transfer properties and set fast on most substrates, including coated stock.
COLOR-FAST™ SERIES INKS contain light fast pigments that will resist fading when exposed to sunlight, making it ideal for poster work. This ink is also more highly pigmented than the Accu-ColorTM Series that is of similar base. Excellent transfer properties and fast setting on most substrates.
PRISMAFORM™ SERIES INKS contain a high soya content (low VOC's) that dry by penetration on porous bond stock and also partially by oxidation as is required for business forms. They have excellent transfer properties and will not "track" on press. A complete line of colors is available in 5# or 30# Kit (3-1/2 gal).
PRISMAFORM L.P.™ SERIES INKS contain a high soya content (low VOC's) that dry by penetration on porous bond stock and also partially by oxidation. These inks are designed for business form papers used in high speed copy machines and laser printers and are heat resistant.
WEB PRESS INKS
WEB-RITE™ SERIES INKS are heat set inks incorporating a high melting resin technology which yields excellent hardness of the dried ink film but yet has the characteristics of good press stability and fast drying.
COLD-SET™ SERIES INKS run very successfully on web process (without ovens) on all varieties of porous stocks (offset papers). They are soya based inks having excellent press stability and print qualities.
"OPV"™ SERIES Overprint Varnishes are available for sheet fed and heat set web ink gloss, matte, wax free, in line wet, and extra high rub resistance.
