Photopolymer Platemaker

LABOR COSTS TOO HIGH?

REDUCE YOUR MAKEREADY TIME WITH

PHOTO COUNTERBOARD

Are you photoengraving steel or copper plates?  Then you can save substantial time and labor costs by replacing your hand-cut counters with photocounters.

Learning how to make photocounters takes very little training.  Instructions are available for making a photocounter without using a spread negative.

Perfect photocounters can be produced by the engraver when the plates are made.  Costs can also be reduced by making more than one photocounter at a time.  In addition, large or complicated counters can be made quickly and as accurately as small or simple ones.  The photographic process lets you achieve the most consistently uniform counter over and over.  The photocounter can be saved with the engraved plates for future use.

Get the production benefits that some of your competitors are enjoying right now:

The Platemaker is made of stainless steel construction.   All units are conveniently arranged, making the production of photocounters a clean and neat process.  All units consist of an oscillator brush wash out unit, and UV exposure unit with vacuum frame, post exposure heater/drier, and a base with storage.
