VRP 100

The Dynamil Model VRP 100 Precision Spray Etching Machine can etch up to a 12" X 12" plate using ferric chloride or other compatible etchants.

Standard equipment includes all PVC construction with CP Titanium hardware and fittings, titanium 3000 watt heating element, titanium cooling coil, solid state digital indicating temperature control, full safety interlocks including hood interlock, low fluid level and over-temperature protection and multi range cycle timer, baume standpipe, and rinse tank.

The following factory installed optional equipment will be required for the Peri-Etch system of copper etching.

 

.06B  Single Pressure Control Valve and Gauge.

 

.07 & .07B Constant Etch Temperature Control Pump used to circulate etchant. Also includes hand dispensing hose and nozzle.

 

.013  Facilities Hook Up Kit includes valves for etchant drain, rinse drain, cooling coil flow valve, etc.

 

.024B  Chiller System. 220 volt, 1 phase refrigeration system, uses freon through standard cooling coil. Customer required to charge freon system and also supply tubing between cooling coil and chiller.

 

.025  Peri-Etch Sparging System - A series of tubes in Sump, mixes etchant by circulation of etchant via main pump motor. A separate flow control valve is provided.

The following optional equipment is recommended for ease of operation.

 

.04A  Spray Rinse in rinse chamber replaces standard rinse overflow system. Dual water spray bars fed by a solenoid regulated water valve uses sprays to rinse the part instead of a full water tank. Slide gates are provided to be able to manually rotate work piece disc while sprayers rinse. Actuation can be accomplished by manual switch actuation or foot operated pedal. Manual Switch supplied if not specified.

 

.010  Wash-A-Way Hood allows for easy wash down of top of machine using fresh water inlet. Water drains down through rinse tank.

 

.015  Digital Scale Timer, blue LED readout with setting buttons replace analog type motor timer. Required if machine is ordered for 50 hertz operation.

 

.016A  Exhaust Blower must be ordered in conjunction with .017B Plenum - Plastic coated blower with single phase motor. Customer must supply 4" PVC Duct as required to outside of building.

 

.017B  Fume Exhaust Plenum. Top mounted PVC Plenum allows exhaust to remove fumes from top of machine. Preventing operator exposure.

 

.027  Polypropelene Catch Tray.

Standard equipment includes all PVC construction with CP Titanium hardware and fittings, titanium 3000 watt heating element, titanium cooling coil, solid state digital indicating temperature control, full safety interlocks including hood interlock, low fluid level and over-temperature protection and multi range cycle timer, baume standpipe, and rinse tank.
